650 Single Tilt Rotate Holder

Designed to rotate 3mm samples to display planar features, such as grain boundaries and also to simplify stereological studies of crystalline materials.

· Has continuous rotation of 360°

· The holder gives access to a much larger range of orientations than a conventional double tilt holder.

· Includes a specimen rod stand to facilitate specimen loading under a stereo microscope.

· Two beryllium Hexrings™, two beryllium anti-twist washers, and one Hexring tool are included.

· Beryllium specimen cup and clamping ring are provided to minimize the x-ray background during EDX analysis
